Arrange a single layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Repeat the layers using the remaining graham crackers, cream mixture, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, though overnight creates the best texture.
