BBQ Main: Smoky Grilled BBQ Ribs
Ingredients:
2 racks baby back ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt & pepper
Quick Instructions:
Rub ribs with spices and let marinate for 1 hour.
Grill over medium heat for 1.5–2 hours, basting with BBQ sauce.
Rest, slice, and serve hot!
Tasty Side: Red, White & Blue Potato Salad
Ingredients:
2 lbs red potatoes
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped red onion
2 tbsp fresh dill
Salt & pepper to taste
Blue cheese crumbles (for topping)
Quick Instructions:
Boil potatoes until tender, cool, and cube.
Mix with mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, and dill.
Chill for 1 hour. Top with blue cheese crumbles and fresh herbs before serving.

1 oz Blue Curaçao
1 oz White Rum
1 oz Strawberry Purée (or Strawberry Syrup)
3 oz Lemon-Lime Soda (or Club Soda)
Ice
Directions
Fill a wine glass with ice.
Pour in the strawberry purée.
Slowly add the white rum.
Gently pour the Blue Curaçao over the back of a spoon to create the blue layer.
Top with lemon-lime soda.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry and enjoy.
