  • water

  • corn syrup

  • salt

Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture reaches 300°F (Hard Crack Stage).

3️⃣ Add Vanilla

Remove from heat and carefully stir in vanilla.

Immediately pour over the almonds.

4️⃣ Add Chocolate

Allow the candy to sit for 2–3 minutes.

Spread melted chocolate evenly across the top.

Sprinkle remaining almonds over the chocolate.

Gently press them into place.

5️⃣ Cool

Allow to cool completely.

Break into rustic pieces and enjoy!
