Who
we are
With over 30 years of experience in customer service, I’ve built my career on delivering top-quality support with empathy, professionalism, and care. That same dedication carries into my passion for travel, where I’ve explored three continents through both land-based adventures and numerous cruise voyages.
My journeys have taken me across Europe—Italy, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Great Britain, and Ireland—as well as throughout the Caribbean and the Americas, including Ecuador, Mexico, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas, Canada, Belize, and Honduras. I’ve also traveled extensively within the United States, experiencing the unique character of destinations from Alaska to Florida and having lived in states as diverse as Colorado, Virginia, Florida, and Arizona.
Travel, to me, is about more than seeing the world—it’s about connecting with people, immersing in cultures, and uncovering everyday adventures. With a blend of professional expertise and personal passion, I bring a trusted, experienced perspective to every journey I share.
